1) Publisher

CleanerProfit is published by Tekoa Ridge LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2) App purpose

CleanerProfit provides pricing and profit estimation tools for cleaning services. Results are estimates and depend on the information you enter. You are responsible for your pricing decisions, quotes, and business outcomes.

3) Pro purchase

Pro features may be offered as an in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies and processes.

4) License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use CleanerProfit on Apple devices you control, subject to these Terms.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass purchase mechanisms, or reverse engineer the software except where permitted by law.

6) Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific financial results.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or losses arising from use of the app.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
