What data we collect

CleanerProfit is designed to work without creating an account.

• On-device data: job inputs, templates, and history you save in the app are stored locally on your device.
• Support messages: if you email us, we receive the information you send (message contents and any attachments).
• Website forms: if you submit a support form or a launch notice request on cleanerprofit.app, we receive the information you provide (such as name/email/message).

In-app purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment details. Apple may process purchase information according to Apple’s policies.

How we use information

• To provide app functionality (pricing calculations and saved templates/history stored on your device).
• To respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
• To send launch notices if you opt in via the website.
• To comply with legal obligations when required.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when:

• You choose to email us or submit website forms (your email provider / web host processes delivery).
• Apple processes in-app purchases.
• Required by law.

Retention

Templates and history remain on your device unless you delete them or delete the app. Support emails and website submissions are retained as needed to respond and maintain records.
