CleanerProfit is designed to work without creating an account.

• On-device data: job inputs, templates, and history you save in the app are stored locally on your device.
• Support messages: if you email us or submit a support request through cleanerprofit.app, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, message contents, and any attachments.
• App Store purchase records: in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

In-app purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase information according to Apple’s own policies. We do not receive your full payment details.

How we use information

• To provide app functionality, including pricing calculations and saved templates or history stored on your device.
• To respond to support requests, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues.
• To maintain basic business records related to support and customer communications.
• To comply with legal obligations when required.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when:

• You choose to email us or submit a support request through the website, in which case your email provider, website host, or form processor may handle transmission.
• Apple processes in-app purchases.
• Required by law.

Retention

Templates and history remain on your device unless you delete them or delete the app. Support emails and support form submissions are retained as needed to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain business records.

Your choices

You can delete saved templates and history inside the app or remove the app from your device. You can also choose not to contact us through email or website forms.
